Yet another day where I’ve been spending too much time on the setting (with a bit of help from Kyou) and after a lot of arguing over the agricultural aspects of the nation Ährenfeld (Mephi claimed that ähren meant crops while it means grain), while I thought crop would indeed include rice, it seems that since it was grain I had to change to the correct crops for it to work out properly (always do a throughout research of your names before writing: checked). If I’d known where I got the logs for XChat I’d take and post a few more funny quotes, but for the moment I seem unable to find them.
Now we’re up on 7 pages settings and we’re not even close to done on those, also the production of the character design seems to progress smoothly for the prologue which will be about their childhood memories and the start line for the plot.
For now the goal is to finish the settings by Thursday evening and on Sunday evening have at least the prologue and chapter one ready for scripting in the engine we’re going to use (Novelty).
If anyone knows someone who’s good at anime/manga style designing (character and background) please contact me about it since that’s what we lack the most for them moment!
