The stage is set for an epic showdown!
So with his sister now back in the house, Akihisas mornings are a little more “interesting”…
Later at school, it’s business as usual for Class F:
This of course, allows Akihisa to take another shot a Minami’s poor boobs:
And of course business as usual means more Hideyoshi-service!!
However, business as usual seems to rather annoy Yuuko, who makes her appearance just to spite her brother and class F:
You know I thought I could like Yuuko, but as the series goes on I’m becoming more and more convinced that she’s just a bitch, and nothing more. Oh well, there’s always Minami!
Anyway, Himeji is mulling over how to deliver her love-letter to Akihisa. At first, she asks Minami, but that fails (Minami thinks she’s exchanging nasty pics of Akihisa with her). Next, she asks Yuuji, however Shouko show’s up at just the right time……….to misunderstand.
Finally, she tries to hand the letter attached to a gift directly to Akihisa. However, she chooses the wrong gift…
Of course, this causes Akihisa to run for the hills! He finds a hiding place however, it was already occupied…
Finally, Himeji decides to just leave it in his shoe locker. However upon opening the locker, she and Minami discover…
This angers them both, particularly Minami:
FEAR the Tsundere!!
Meanwhile, Akihisa is running errands for Ironman, which includes carrying boxes of mock-tests into the teachers-only locker. However being Akihisa, he trips and spills all the papers all over the floor. He contemplates taking one for himself, however his cooler head prevails:
Meanwhile, Himeji discovers she lost her precious love-letter. Also, everyone else seems to have lost something as well:
It turns out when Akihisa tripped and fell, he mixed up Himejis letter with the mock tests. And because he ruined the boxes dropping them, he uses the “desks” from Class F as new boxes, which contained everyone’s belongings. So now everyone’s items are now locked inside the safe. After realizing this, they decide to:
However, they can’t come up with an effective way to get in. It is at this moment that a mysterious person offers his help:
Nemoto tells them that if they get the key for the safe, he will take care of the password. However, the key is in the teachers-office, guarded by Ironman of course. Using as Akihisa as bait though, the key is acquired.
With the key located, Nemoto reveals that he took a video of Ironman imputing the password earlier, so with that, they gain access into the vault. Everyone get’s their belongings back safe and sound.
Meanwhile, Nemoto seems to be very interested in the mock tests themselves, and intends to steel one for himself. The rest of the gang all protest this, however Nemoto shrewdly flips this on them:
The gang is forced to let Nemoto get away, and Nemoto mocks them for not taking tests for themselves. He say’s that their idiots in every way and that’s the reason they’re in Class F. Nemoto has managed to really get under Akihisas skin.
So Yuuji suggests revenge against Nemoto. How?
Because the time-limit restricting them to declare a summon battle has past, they decide to declare one on Nemoto and Class B. However, before they do, they decide to level the playing field a bit:
They break back into the vault, take all the mock tests, and pour them out all over the school for all the students. Because of this, the teachers will no doubt use a whole new mock test, thus making the leaked version void. Nemotos plan is ruined, and to add a little insult to injury, Akihisa sticks a little present inside Nemotos shoe locker (see: Himejis cookies).
Alright, I’m glad we’re finally getting back to full-scale Summoning Wars! I liked the way they set this one up too, with Nemoto being the sleezball bad guy, and Akihisa being as cool as ever when it counts. I’m interested in seeing how this plays out, because unlike the battle with Class A, I really think they have a shot at beating Class B. Alright, I’m actually almost SURE that they will win, because this is anime after all!
As for the gags, yes it was more of the same this week. I know I’ve said that I’m not getting tired of the same old jokes, but I’m beginning to go back on that. I find myself laughing less and less. I mean sure, Yuuji getting poked in the eyes is funny as hell, but seeing it 5 weeks in a row, it’s starting to lose its luster to me. Luckily there’s only 3 more episodes to go, so hopefully things get much more interesting. I still love this series to death, but it’s going to have to do something new for me to consider it one of my all time favorites.
